The feud between Alix Earle and Alex Cooper gas quickly become one of the most talked-about feuds in the influencer and podcast industry. What started off as a professional partnership eventually turned into a very public falling out, followed by business disagreements, social media tension and fan speculation, so the situation has only become more complicated and widely discussed online. The conflict began after Alix Earle joined Alex Cooper’s “Unwell Network” in 2023 to launch her podcast, hot mess. 

At first, the partnership seemed successful, with both creators benefiting from each other’s influence; however, things started to shift when Alix left the network in 2025, even though no specific reason was confirmed at the time. Reports suggest there were creative differences and disagreements about business decisions. Fans began to notice subtle signs of distance between the two before anything was officially addressed. The situation escalated when the drama moved onto social media. 

Alex Cooper publicly called out Alix, accusing her of being fake and hinting that she was contributing to unnecessary drama. Other influences wanted to add fuel to the fire and decided to pick sides; one of those influencers was Brianna Lafogalia, and Alex Cooper called her out for doing so. 

Alex also called out Alix for reposting TikToks about her criticizing Alex, and she also stated that Alix should be more mature and come out and publicly address her side and the situation. Fans are now waiting for both sides to publicly discussed this together, but no one has said anything so far. 

Fans are also adding their opinions, and Alex has stated that “this situation is between her and Alix and no one should be adding more fuel to the fire and its ok to have opinions but be respectful to both sides.” There has been a trend recently that started because of the arguments where people ask their co-workers whose side they’re on, and it’s made the situation bigger.
