Hi! My name is Emely Batista and I am excited to be a writer for the Hoofprints newspaper! I am a senior this year and am eager to spread the news around the school. I participate in sports such as the Marching Band, Winter Track, and Softball. I am also in many clubs such as Art Club, Student Council, Yearbook, and many more. Even though it is my last year, I hope to make the most of it by being one with the school news. I have an interest in writing about events that are going on around the school because it would allow me to learn more about our school community. I hope that now being part of the school newspaper I could finally have a voice!
