As the one year anniversary on the Supreme Court approaches for Justice Brett Kavanaugh, more allegations of sexual assault rise against him. Shortly after Christine Blasey Ford’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing in September of 2018, where she had credible references that pointed towards Kavanaugh’s sexual misconduct, Deborah Ramirez had publicly come forward claiming that she was also assaulted by Kavanaugh. Claims that at a dorm party during her attendance at Yale University, during the 1983-1984 school year, the Supreme Court Justice had thrusted his bare genitals toward her face. Other credible witnesses who were present at the time of the dorm party, recall the incident or mentions of the incident on campus. Despite these claims, some may not view her as credible considering she was inebriated at the time of the alleged assault. Since these allegations, many presidential nominees have presented initiation to impeach the Supreme Court Justice.
