On Tuesday April 30th, our Lady Mustangs took on the South Hunterdon Lady Eagles. It was a tough loss for our Mustangs, but there were some great accomplishments made during the game. Alyssa Dima (MHS pitcher) not only pitched but had some balls come at her during the game. While Alyssa was pitching, she had 3 line drives hit back to her, and one of them even happened to hit her. On the bright side, Alyssa’s teammates were able to get some good hits in to follow her. Roxy had 4 hits, Isabella Loaiza had 2, Sammy Zuza also had 2 along with Alyssa.

During the game, it was noticed that South Hunterdon’s team had 7 errors while MHS only had 1. The score may have not shown, but our Mustangs put up a tough fight, only losing by 4 with a score of 15-11. If our team has another chance to play the Eagles again, they will put up an even tougher fight to get back what they should of had, a win!
