The New York Giants: a team with so much potential but so many errors in their whole team, on and off the field. This year, the Giants have a chance to rebuild the team. For the 2025 draft, the New York Giants have the 3rd round pick. This draft has some great contenders, with most being QBs like Cam Ward, Shedeur Sanders, Jaxson Dart and more.
The Giants have already picked up some free agents and trades. To start off, the Giants picked up Jevon Holland, safety from the Dolphins. Fans are saying that was their best pick up so far. It’s reported that they have agreed terms with Holland. Another smart pick fans are saying they got is Chauncey Golston, defensive end from the Cowboys. They seem to be really trying to have a strong defence more than anything else. Last year in the draft they had some great pick ups for defensive players.
The New York Giants’ picks are looking very smart, and they seem to have a game plan. In round one they have the 3rd pick, in round 2 they will have the 34rd pick, in round 3 they will have the 65th and 99th pick, and for rounds 4 and 5 they will be getting 105th and 154th. Lastly, in the round 7 they will get 246th round pick.
They are in need of a QB, so most are thinking they will pick that in their first round. They did indeed re-sign Tommy Devito, their past QB two for a one-year deal worth $1.03 million. So, as of right now Tommy Devito is their only QB on the roster for this up and coming team.
The New York Giants have a chance to do something special and let the past be the past. We’ll see if they can carry the same mindset they have now into the 2025 draft picks this Thursday on April 24, 2025, going into Saturday, April 26, 2025.
