After a long wait, another Assassin’s Creed game is finally going to come out. You might be wondering: why would this game be hyped more than the last ones that came out? The reason for this is because the game will take place in Japan. Assassin’s Creed Shadows, the new game releasing, is currently being hyped up like never before. Not many games get this kind of excitement way before they are released.

The game will introduce two playable characters. The characters will be Naoe, a female shinobi, and Yasuke, a male samurai. As shown in the trailer, the game is very high quality and you can expect the game to be very good once it comes out. It is already theorized to be one of the bloodiest games of the franchise.

However, many people are mad about the game. To be specific, people aren’t happy with the male protagonist. Some people are mad about the fact that the male protagonist is black. They are mad at the male protagonist being black because they claim it is “historical inaccuracy” and that Ubisoft is “woke.”

Their claim doesn’t make much sense because of the fact that Yasuke is a real person that was a black samurai. Because of this, it cannot possibly be historical inaccuracy. Additionally, saying Ubisoft is “woke” just because they made one of their protagonists black doesn’t make much sense. It is historically accurate so it makes no sense to call them woke. Assassin’s Creed games have been doing this for the longest time, taking real-life figures and adding them to the games. If adding one black protagonist makes Ubisoft “woke,” then you can obviously tell that the people claiming this are wrong.

So far, lots of people have many different opinions on the game. Most people seem to enjoy the game, believing that the game will become a very big success. On the other hand, some people are mad about the black protagonist and believe that the game will be very bad because of it. But, no matter what, this game has shown everyone that it will obviously be successful just like the rest of the games.
