Many people may know about the solar eclipse, but don’t know the effects it had on their dear pets. Many scientists have discovered that many animals had panic attacks or get very frightened, and there is no way of preventing it from happening.
Scientists advise pet owners to keep pets indoors and distracted with treats and toys. There is no way to prevent
this phenomenon whatsoever. As a veteran scientist from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Kate, stated: “Most animals will be overall unaffected by the eclipse, but pet owners may notice brief periods of confusion, and dogs and cats may exhibit fear and confusion.”
With this information pet owners can now be able to prevent it. But, many people still don’t know about this, and we need to raise awareness for other pet owners for next time.
