Fall into Fall

Staff Writer

Summertime is finally over and the school year is now settling in. Many consider fall to be the most beautiful season of the year; the colored leaves, cool breeze, pumpkins, apples, hiking and campfires make the crisp days of fall even more enjoyable for friends and family to gather around each other.

This fall, visit a pumpkin patch instead of getting your Halloween pumpkin from a store. Pumpkin patches are often run by family owned farms, and may also offer hayrides, and other fun activities for families. Kids will love it and adults can enjoy the pumpkin scent in the air, as well.

Try going to a football game! Cheer for the team at a tailgate while enjoying delicious barbeque foods from the grill. Football loving families can come together in rooting on their favorite team at a tailgate or even at their homes in front of their TVs this football season. Root for your local, city, college, or professional football team at a home game. It will be worth it for you and the company you bring along to engulf yourselves in the atmosphere of spirited fans.

Fall is filled with a lot of activities and enjoyment for family and friends to come together and celebrate each other’s company. Enjoy  this amicable environment all fall long, even until Thanksgiving!
