MHS Marching Band Starts the Season off with a First Place Trophy

The Manville High School Marching Band brings home a first-place trophy following their first competition of the season at Northern Highlands High School. Performing their show, “Aftermath,” the band received a 79.31 score. This placed first at the competition and stands at 9th place in the state. Last season, the band ended with a 87.72 score at their final competition. With rigorous rehearsals, and countless ensemble reps of the show, they are on a steady incline to reach first place in the state by the end of this year’s season!
